I'm so very happy about Whole Foods and the theater, but I'm utterly confused about Sam's. How many Walmarts do we need in Walmont... er... Longmont?

This is not a redeveloped mall this is another shopping center added to Longmont. We needed a redeveloped mall . A place were people can shop out of the elements . Sometimes family's just want to get out of the house when raining etc they head to the mall pushing strollers hoping to grab a bite to eat at the food court and shop. Out door shopping centers we have already

I can't believe all the negative comments in the TC Line about the Sam's Club coming to the mall. It may not be where we thought it'd be, like next to Walmart out on Hwy 119. Remember how we were all SO DISAPPOINTED when Sams decided to build another SuperWalmart instead of the Sam's Club we were expecting? How soon you have forgotten! I guess it's just the "vocal minority". I've been driving to other cities to go to Sam's and Costco forever!! They get my tax money and it irritates me to the max. So I'm thrilled with the new Sam's because it's in Longmont where I live. I know "everyone" wants the big movie complex. I go to about one movie a year so they won't get any income from me. I'm crazy about the new Sprouts store and it's always packed with shoppers. So I'm sure the Whole Foods will be a hit. And finally, as much as I hate thinking of shopping outside in winter, these new outdoor malls sure are pretty and pretty crowded, as well.

Since Sam's Club is Walmart - that puts 3 Walmarts in a 3 mile radius' good planning. I think its about time we entice an array of commerce diversity and to promote more locally owned and operated businesses; until then, there is little option other than giving my sales tax revenue to other municipalities....

None of the above.
Regal execs gave themselves a 70% raise and said they would cut hours on their employees so they would not have to provide healthcare.
SAMs is Walmart. Enough said.
Whole Foods CEO supports GMO food and called Obama a fascist due to the ACA.
I'll continue to shop at Costco, movies in Denver at Landmark and groceries at Sprouts and vitamin cottage.

I almost see this place not turning out the way they think for it to be a mall with grocery stores ... Instantly I'm ready to still not shop in Longmont ill drive the extra distance
