Most private home care companies say they cannot afford to take on new subsidized clients. Thoughts?

The solution is simple, but has a cost: government should pay for mandated wage increases

Wait a second: we can't have a private system so dependent on the public purse

Surely a portion of hospital budgets can be redirected, to keep people out of them

I think we need to take a much broader look at the home care field, and how it works
