"good things happen when all people are heard and held accountable." Like all good TBTF were held accountable. *LOL*

Jamie Dimon should stay as both CEO and Chairman. I worked for Bank One, now JP Morgan Chase, a little before Jamie Dimon took the leadership role. I decided to get in to education 4 years ago and I still am a huge supporter of the firm and it's leadership. Considering where Bank One/JP Morgan Chase was when he took over and where it is now, any one who was a stakeholder in the company and continued to invest in the company is doing extremely well right now. He is a tough firm insightful leader that is not afraid to be told he is wrong but you better be ready to justify your position if you tell him he is wrong. That's good leadership because good things happen when all people are heard and held accountable. JPM shouldn't make the same mistake Weill from Citi Bank did by getting rid of him. Look what happened to Citi!!
