I agree with Romulo_Eop that you need to be invulnerable or else you could get hurt with the other powers.
If you fly and pass out from lack of oxygen, you'll fall to the Earth and die. You could also get hit by other objects while flying.
Super strength is useless unless you also have extremely strong bones and skin. Imagine what would happen to your hands if you tried to lift a boulder or a car. They'd be really bruised up and bleeding.
Even heat vision could hurt you if the heat is coming from your eyes but your eyes aren't invulnerable they could get burned up.
So the only power you can handle without being invulnerable is X-Ray vision. And between that and invulnerability, I'd choose invulnerability any day.
With invulnerability you could save little old lady's caught in burning buildings. You could save a nuclear power plant from melting down because you can move the fuel rods by hand without worrying about radiation poisoning. You could go anywhere and do anything without fear.

Invulnerability would be cool but without any other powers you'd just be someone that can take a lot of damage, I have a feeling that ability would lose its charm real fast.

Guess super strength gives you the cold breath by virtue of a super strong diaphragm. I work out but I can only make my breath marginally cool; only slightly colder than room temp. Movie Superman froze a lake! I can kinda make my breath warm too. It gets kinda moist though. Bizarro has heat breath and cold vision. Me hope me more like Superman than Bizarro guy.

I would want invulnerability just so I can go to the top of skyscrapers and jump off. I would try to land with one knee and one fist on the ground cause it's a bad ass way to arrive anywhere.
