I agree that grey thread might look better with all the uniform colors than this brown... something about that dried brown earth makes me sad. Grey and white is more in line with our colors too... they could do it in grey on almost any shirt. I think white would pop most on the blazers though....

Could there be a lighter thread that would show up well on navy as well as on white, light blue, gray, & red since those are the school colors? If we are going to have the logo on all shirts/blazers the thread color must work well on all of these colors.

My vote is for #4 but with lighter thread such as on #1 & with the globe filled in like in #2.
