As a FCPS teacher who will get next year my first raise, $330, the total annual payment, cleared from contributing to retirement funds, after 4 (or 5 - I've lost track) years with no raise & step increase, I have little choice but to work 20 hours per week, for 9 of my 10 weeks of 'summer break.'
