Sony never forgot the bloody nose it received at last console round, an much as I love Microsoft, Sony have done so much for gamers with ps+ and early announcements focusing on games not hardware, I believe they have already won hearts and minds. Xbox "tv, tv, tv," approach left me a bit cold.

Went for Sony in the end, the one thing that deters me from Xbox one would be the need for the internet connection. Yes I have broadband now but who knows regarding the future, it may be down, money may be tight and have to cancel it. Then you'd have a pretty useless lump of plastic.
