Democrat or republican it does not matter both are so corrupt, and in my view don't care about the people, My vote in 2012 may have been my last for a while, sure as hell no one worth voting for anymore.

The big big agra buisiness are just money laundring scams run by the rich ,and the politicians who constantly hand out money to them are just lap dogs who grovel at their feet in fear of the lap being pulled out from under them ,then how could they buy their next election

Thank you Ed for presenting the numbers and facts on the current Farm Bill drafted by the House. It is eye popping to see the sheer scale of corporate agro welfare, almost a trillion dollars for doing nothing but owning land. I recall then Senator Obama in his campaign for President calling for the abolition of this Farm Bill. But like all else, as long as big money or mega corporations are the recipients of government largess, the will of the majority cannot shift it nor change it no matter who we elect into office.

It seems that the only true hope for the rule of the majority is for the majority of people to organize locally and push relentlessly for a Constitutional Amendment that will get big money out of government by limiting all campaign financing to Public Financing for every level of government. We the working people are taxed without representation under the current campaign financing system that auctions off the powers of representation to the largest campaign donors. Our elected officials for the most part are the indentured servants of their largest campaign donors. We also must impose a two term limit on each and every elected office.

Listen as hard as you can, you won't hear agribusiness and the chamber of commerce complaining about "undocumenteds" in this country, because they profit in more ways than one off the backs of the most vulnerable - "the undocumenteds". First big agri business does not pay "undocumenteds" a living wage (if they could move the entire agri industry to china they would); then big agri deducts money from the paychecks of these poor people, but does big agri report the tax deductions to the federal government? I believe the money taken from the undocumenteds paychecks go to fund politicians who do not have anybody's interest but their own. Further, all these rethuglican representatives get HUGE hand-outs of tax dollars to subsidize their personal family farms, and they are paid NOT TO PRODUCE. After the rethuglicans run America into the ground, will they go live in the middle east?

JESUS SAID IN HIS WORD"WHATSOEVER A MAN SOWETH THAT SHALL HE REAP"

" WHAT YOU DO UNTO THE LEAST OF THEM YOU DO IT UNTO ME'

"TOUCH NOT MY ANNOINTED AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM"

"FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL"
THE EGPTIANS HARDENED THEIR HEARTS AGAINST THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL
JESUS WARNED THEM TIME AFTER TIME TO LET HIS PEOPLE GO
THEY WOULDNT, THEY WERE ALL DESTROYED
JUDGEMENT CONTINUES AND THE HATRED AND GREED,LIES, LOVERS OF FLESH,PREDJUDICE CONTINUES

PEOPLE MUST REPENT OF THEIR EVIL WAYS!!!!!
JESUS DOESN'T WANT ANYONE TO PERISH

If Congress wants to give farmers funds and cut food stamps, the only way to solve this is to require all farmers to grow food in exchange for payments from the government and donate it to food banks. This way they can cut the food stamp program, but the farmer is going to have to work for the funds they receive. This would also help create jobs. If the farmers do not grow crops, they do not get any funding from the government.

Republicans kept yelling, "we have a spending problem," yet they never, never mention nothing of what's the spending problem. Oh yeah, it's the farm bill, not the stimulas, not the Affordable Care Act, the trail lead to the farm bill. Republicans who sponsor or have a profit from the bill will make them richer, meanwhile, everyone else, including the middle class, have no safety net. But it's a broken record.

It's true that the Republican party has gone too far right, and they cannot be trusted. Any time an Republican Party open their mouths, they are not saying nothing to help Americans, it's all about me, me, me and how much money I'm making. They are full of idiots.

Large corporations are working to take over the government in as many areas as they can strictly so that they can make more money and have more power. They must be stopped ASAP otherwise our country will become a corporate dictatorship instead of a democracy.

Yes big agribusiness is bad for America just like the Republicans are bad for America. All they care about are their rich friends, they could care less whether people have enough food on their table, or enough money to buy any food. Republicans should be ashamed of how they treat their fellow Americans. I will never vote for another Republican, they don't care about anyone but themselves!

The rich will become fatter and fatter. The poor and those who hardly make it through everyday will rise up like the 1790's French did. Off with their fat heads.
