I think it's an okay idea, but women who go to bars and drink when they could be pregnant wouldn't bother to pay the $3 before buying that tequila shot. I think the test would have to be free.

What an absolutely terrific idea!
As an educational specialist working with the learning and behaviour challenges faced by many students in our schools, I have seen the lifelong heartbreak caused when women drink when they aren't aware they are pregnant. So many mothers would wish to be able to go back in time and make the choice not to drink alcohol during their pregnancies. By providing an easy opportunity for women who may not even know they are pregnant to protect their unborn child, you are changing the future for us all.
