    So What happened to transparency? Shouldn't everyone be required to openly state the facts.

    No. Meetings with House Judiciary Committee should be held in public. This is nothing more than Holder trying to delay, deflect and use whatever avenue permits him to not have to testify.

    If he goes behind closed doors, he can lie, and when someone makes mention of it, all he need do is deny saying that, and it will appear the Republicans are on a witch hunt.
