What time do you eat dinner?

I eat when I am hungry--usually late. I don't think eating time is relevant to health.

One thing I do that most people in my age group (30+) have given up: I sprint. Jogging can only take the heart rate so far, but sprinting maxes out every part of my body, including muscle exertion, heart rate, and lung capacity. From an evolutionary standpoint, sprinting tells our body it needs to be thin and agile so it can hunt animals or outrun predators. Anyway, want to really shed some weight quickly: run sprints (be safe; run on a soft track or turf and start slow w/only a few reps).

While I generally get home late during the week, I make a point not to eat much for "dinner" if it's after 7:00. I usually will eat some veggies and fruit, or a bowl of organic whole grain cereal with fruit and almond milk. I might eat left over roasted veggies, or a salad of arugula and mixed greens with just a few veggies and balsamic vinegar. So never anything heavy or hard to digest.

We have a child who starts the bedtime routine at 8 - time after dinner for play, etc., is a must.
