The numbers speak for themselves. It's time to give Phelps some credit and a chance to prove himself long term. Hughes has had plenty of time to prove himself and unfortunately it just hasn't worked out. I think you have to see what Pineda can do and keep Nova stretched out in AAA in case of an injury. Hughes to the pen (or traded).

Hughes has been inconsistent his entire career; also he gives up too many hrs.
