Last summer I picked up a gallon Clorox bleach at Kroger's. They sacked it. I took it to my car. set in the floor of the back seat on the passenger side . Just as I started to back out of the parking space, I began to smell bleach . I told my husband that it must have leaked. It was July, I had perishables in the car.
We live only a few minutes from the store so I came home--found the whole bottle of bleach poured out in the back of my car, I return to Kroger's immediately. they did not want to talk to me at all, but the said some one would be back with me in a day or so. I never heard from anyone. I called o couple of days later and still no one wanted to talk with me. (This went on until Friday, it happened on Saturday) I called my insurance company--told them my situation. I have had lung cancer and should not be breathing the smell of bleach in the hot July weather, yet I had no other transportation. My insurance company took over. Everyone passed the buck. Kroger's said they were not responsible, their insurance company basically said the same thing. My insurance had the carpet all removed from my car and replaced it in a few days time. It was months before anyone assumed responsibility and paid me a discounted price for my car. When anything happens at Kroger's don't expect any help from them. They act like they don't know you. I was abided by managers for a long time when I went back into the store.

Shop at Aldi!! Their produce is excellent!!! Their prices are half of what Kroger charges, especially since they opened the "Big New $tore".
Sorry that happened to you but it is probably for the best as you were getting ripped off and did not know it! Also there is the Highpoint grocery on Highpoint Terrace at Philwood, very close to you!!! Great little store with a nice family atmosphere!!!
You will get over this! Good Luck!

Dude, calm down. I agree that it is wrong for someone to park in a spot that should have been for a handicapped person. But you, sir, were not inconvenienced seeing as how you do not drive. You were confrontational and is sounds like you acted like an asshole, and I got all of this from your words.

You started a scene at a new store. Of course the management is going to ban you . They want the place to be as inviting as possible. When the cops showed up, it looked like a crime scene. That's bad PR.

You also vandalized someone else's car. Sure that person sucks for parking in a spot they don't deserve or need but you didn't have to go on the offensive and flatten their tire. That was immature.

It hope you learned a lesson. There are some shitty people in the world. Your job is not to correct them. It is to encourage those who are doing positive things to help others and make the world a better place. Having said that: I'm glad you are showing strength and standing up for what you believe in.
