When Do You See The Best Results and Do you think it's OK to have "cheat days"?
Morning sessions all the way!
After work is where it's at
I prefer to work out in my lunch break
I mix it up
The occasional cheat day/meal is fine and doesn't limit my results
I stick to healthy eating / my routine 100%. It's not worth it.
I eat what I like
I eat healthy but don't work out
