It seems like the same areas flood over and over again in the Lower Hudson Valley. To what or whom do you attribute this?
Rising sea levels, global warming.
Shoddy planning and land-use policies.
The road repair/house repair industrial complex.
Who cares? The question is: How come they can't fix this?
