Though this maybe from years ago still find this discussion very relevant to today. Often times us Christians pick & choose what sections in the bible we follow. I personally feel if her husband who stands by her side has no problem why should we? Yes the bible speaks of modesty but how many would comment if she wasn't married to a minister? Though she may have stepped into a new chapter in her life her vision & "reason" spoke volumes. Just because she married a minister she had to become a brand new person? No I personally don't think so but that's my opinion. There are a number of Christians who may wear their Sundays best inside the sanctuary but is showing too much skin outside of the church doors. We can poke fingers at everything & everyone but we must help our brothers & sisters daily & trust that the vision they have & recieved is what's best to support our father. We don't all have the vision or appeal to the same ppl but I as a 21 year old college student reaching towards Christ LOVES & APPRECIATES her realness.

There is a certain requirement of all Christians re: representation of the Spirit that lives within. I'm not sure that people are passing judgment as opposed to the "shock" of the frock factor re: this particular representation. When offense is taken in such a circumstance, it usually indicates a rebellious spirit and we all know what that indicates. If we are to seriously follow Christ, then modesty and humility are a given. We need to also be clothed in compassion, kindness, gentleness and patience, be tolerant of one another and forgive one another when any of you has a complaint against someone else(Col. 3:12-13) A total commitment is required from both sides of the line in the sand !\0/!
