That's Tough: On one hand they could help you weed out problem candidates but you may miss out on a winner because of your own bias

I Don't Really Care: If someone is going to judge me by a third party website then I would rather not work for them anyway

Absolutely: How you present yourself in person is just as important as how you advertise yourself on line
