Since every one need is same as human being. Every one have right to self educate self shelters shelf food earning and freedom of expression of thought. Every one born from womb due to Karma we are high and low. But administration should be impartial it should be like SUN who light reaches every place or poor or rich or any caste and religion. All made by us for good and standard living. not for quarrel and make any one bad. All law and order for only to make every one good and educated not for making bad.
Since we born by mother mother have no caste, if you will see very carefully. Only man have caste religion and so many title.
As Indian our motto and goal and slogan we all world is one family. VASUDHAIV KUTUKMBAKA> so by this laws we are one .
Caste was Karma like today Class 1 2 3 4 or lower upper high low etc.
Now also we are doing same but giving some others name.
We must thankful to constitution which has given us equal right and one vote to each and every one in world.
As good citizen honesty is only required and essential to implement in life to progress our weaker section.
We as citizen should think and save their right and articles which are reserved as per law to them.
Only putting TILAK is not we must think every one is like BRAHM so we can live togethor and unite without any LISM. Lism is hate and jealous to stop and prevent our development.
So only we should start today to see really we want facilities of poor or really we are like them if not then please help them to come up.

This is a step in the right direction. Though belated, yet it will go a long way in cleansing the system.

No,i m not agree with this,even hc judges came from different caste and taking benefit of all kind of reservation.in my view hc have to confine to their bussiness to provide fast and efficient judgement to needies.

Yes, we appreciate HC has taken some initiative, but afraid, if it will be implemented because politician would not like this...they play vote game only on caste base...its every party....they will pass the resolution in the parliament and then everything will be same.....there are may case where HC Or SC took some initiative and politicians ruled out in parliament.....Politicians must be banned using casts......even this word should be abolished from our constitution,......which will our country to UNITE.......politician never want people to UNITE......they divide us and make fool of us and ruled on us ........ it is not their fault....it is our fault that evening being educated.....we play in the hands of these few politicians....!!!

Time has come to abolish religion and castes from our constitution. Everything should be on the basis of financial position and merits of the people. This will unite our country and make way for the progress. Entire country is presently ruled based on false policies and dirty divisive politics.

I aprreciate the verdict. I also suggest that it should not be limited to caste but this verdict should also be applicable to religion.
The election commission should not give permission to put regious name for polical party, for example, Muslim League. In my opinion if we want to keep the name of out nation India for ever, we should bring two party system as in the case of America., otherwise one day whole indian states become separate countries may be on the basis of language or religion. Supreme court Chief Justice and Election Commission, should take action immediately on this issue.

This is a very good order issued by the Hon'ble High Court. Since out whole system is driven by communal forces, the execution of the order is very tough.

I AGREE WITH UP HIGH COURT TO STAY THE CASTE BASED RALLIES. I LIKE THE DECISION.
DONT YOU THINK THAT NOW WE SHOULD ALSO STAY THE CASTE BASED RESERVATIONS.
WHY NOT TO DO THE ECONOMIC BASED RESERVATIONS IN EDUCATION AND JOBS. WHY SHOULD WE REPEAT THE ERROR OF OUR ANCESTORS. WHY SHOULD WE DO THE SAME MISTAKE. IF WE DO NOT CORRECT IT NOW THE FUTURE WILL NOT FORGIVE US FOR REPEATING THE ERROR. THOUGH IT MAY BE INTHE NAME OF CORRECTING THE PREVIOUS MISTAKE. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IF WE WANT TO CORRECT ONE ERROR BY COMMITTING ANOTHER ERROR. WHICH IS DANGEROUS FOR THE FUTURE. THIS IS THE FIRST WAKE UP CALL. I REQUEST TO THE BOSSES OF THE COUNTRY THAT FOR THE SAKE OF THE COUNTRY STOP ALL RELIGIOUS, CASTE, REGIONAL RESERVATIONS AND MAKE ONLY ECONOMIC RESERVATIONS.
