It should be the First Option, NO SIDE EFFECTS TO HARM THEM FURTHER!

We would love to have this option with our son who has a seizure disorder along with other in-diagnosed issues but in ohio it is not legal! I don't think it's right that we are not allowed to try this because of where we live. We tried a drug from the UK Sabril and all it did was make him scream in pain so what's the harm in trying CBD to help him. Even if it got him slightly high what do you think the phenobarbital and kepra and gabepentin do? Maybe those making the rules should sit in the lives of us who witness their child seizing or having "infintial spasms " 15-60 times a day! I bet they would be willing to try ANYTHING

Absolutely. This is about MEDICAL marijuana applications. This is in raw, oil, or some other non-psychoactive form with low THC (the reason for the "high"), and high CBD and/or THCa (non-psychoactive ingredients). In a medical application, this can literally save a child's life!! I believe this NATURAL MEDICINE should be available to ANYONE who needs it.

Check out www.ohiorightsgroup.org for information on the Ohio Cannabis Rights Amendment that will appear on the 2014 state ballot to amend the constitution to allow medical cannabis and industrial hemp for Ohio's citizens once we've gathered enough signatures. You also can find information on places to sign the petition and how YOU can help ensure these rights are restored at www.facebook.com/ohiorightsgroup. UNITED WE WIN!

I think parents should be allowed to us it as long as it the last option. Every parent wants what's best for their child/children.
