So it is going to be a disappointing season if what is the obvious happens: The doctor is really the person doing the coercion of the killings (she was the one who was holding the gun in the video) and she is scooping out the brain and putting the piece in the jar. she only SAYS it is being left on her doorstep--she is really doing it. And she will be the one who offs Dexter at the end of the season in a showdown in which Deb is a vital piece. I'm just sayin'.

I Dont think Dexter should trust vogel. She might secretly tell Chief mathews his secret and whom sending Dexter to a electric chair.
