Only reason Jimmy Page wins this one is because that song is much harder to play that that particular David Gilmour song. David's rhythms and solos are just as interesting as Jimmy's overall, even if technically often less complex, but that doesnt make it worse or better. Since Ive been Loving You is a song I just cant get down, not even close, but learned to play time is a couple of weeks, so thats why the former got my vote. Both Gilmour and Page are among my 2 favorite guitarists, but very different styles, and could never chose between the 2 in general.
