How do you stay fit on the road?

    Variety keeps me active! We bring along some light dumbells, bands, workout DVDs, plus our bikes and running/hiking shoes. I also love doing yoga outdoors in the beautiful surroundings Mother nature provides.

    When I bought my 5th wheel, I took out the recliners, which are made for sitting, and put in a workout bench with leg equipment. Each morning, I lift weights and when I am not using it for exercise, it is my coffee table.

    Yoga is a wonderful exercise to do o the road. It is great for keeping you limber and it also sheds pounds.
