Wow, although I was a huge Led Zeppelin fan,I find it very difficult to understand why you would choose these two against each other. Skill wise and melodically, Eric Johnson is a superior guitarist. Jimmy Page was very raw and could design incredible music in the studio. He had a more difficult time replicating his music live. This one seems more like a popularity contest and I find that unfair for Eric. I still love your magazine.

Jimmy's solo is amazing and was a model followed by many players who came ahead, but Eric's is fantastic in every sense, techinically, inspirationally, melodically, etc, and above all, revolutionary and still modern.
