i feel like stony needs some real backup here. not that he needs it... his views, fanbase, and true talent speaks for itself. vali is a great singer. i will give her that. but in my opinion, as a singer, anyone can sing. EVERYONE can sing if they took the time to experience growth in that area. i'm an experienced singer, enough to know that in comparison to the effort it takes to do what stony does, vali's efforts in the creation of this video doesn't come close or compare. i know PLENTY of people that can sing as good as vali that deserve to make it but don't. and she gets lucky off a wiz khalifa tweet? stony earned his stars by working hard, producing content, honing his skill, and this is just one of his many genius products out in the world right now. fuck this world if i'm the only one that will say it, but vali was noticed because of her pretty voice and her pretty face, mostly doing covers. i am 99% sure that stony understands music on a higher level than vali, and considering all of these facts, i would daresay that vali will be or is already a passing fad, while stony produces truly timeless pieces of art. whoever said he doesn't put passion and soul into what he does is a fucking fool.

Stony had a much more creative approach to his cover. He got the fundamental pieces of the song and added his own awesome twist. In comparison, Vali just sang. She has a beautiful voice, but there millions who have voices just as great. What music needs is new ideas. If you want to see how powerful new ideas are in music, think about Les Paul.

I think you are being unfair towards Stony. His act is innovative which and fun, which is validated by the almost 900K views.
Don't get me wrong, the Vali act is as well very beautiful and well performed, and I wish them all the best. But, I believe that Stony is a drummer, which I think explains the difference in approaches. Stony adds his own dimension to the field, I think it's unfair to discount that.
My Vote goes to Stony and I think he's on for big things.
