I guess in my view, unlimited spraying is a scheduled spraying every single year, no matter the trap counts or West Nile situation.

Barnowl, They just sprayed the entire city, it wasn't "limited".

None of these choices describes what the city of Longmont is actually doing, which is limited spraying - only when there are indicators that it is needed, in this case, West Nile infected insects. The city is not spraying every year on a regular schedule or even when the mosquito population hits a certain level as some cities do in other parts of the country.
