The Seahawks loudspeakers were exceptionally loud, until the letter to the editor by Mr. Barsher was printed in the Mercer Island Reporter, then the loudspeaker levels were turned down. The people mainly affected were those living on the SE portion of the Island wih clear views of the water, as noise from the east reflects on the water.
Seems like a loaded question...
