There was a vote. IT was 9/3.......The jury foreman collected these votes and turned them in to the court......JURORS do not get to change their minds after legally making a decision in the juror ROOM....THAT VOTE SHOULD. STAND, and the juror should have been reprimanded for LYING to a judge, DESPITE THE OUTRAGEOUS INTIMIDATION BY JIMMY DUKES ANNOUNCING HE. REPRESENTED FGH WHERE 2 OF THE JURORS ARE EMPLOYEED!!!! ISN'T JURY INTIMIDATION ILLEGAL, YOUR HONOR??????

Well, I just don't understand why there is so much trouble making a simple decision here in this trial.
I mean is it not straight forward what took place during the voting and what about all these new voter fraud policies? Do these policies just not hold existence within our city? I think that something here is just very strange and court should follow up with this trial and get a better jury who can make a simple yes or no decision. The city of Hattiesburg deserves to know the truth.

I'm sorry but this does not add up or make any sense. What was wrong with that judge? Is it really that hard to make a decision when there has been so much obvious fraudulent behavior that has taken place? Is it really that hard to get the correct answer from 12 individuals. I'm sorry but the city of Hattiesburg is looking like a puppet. Mis Trial? In my opinion there has not even been a trial.

Lets do it all over with people from another state watching. I think the outcome would be different

I am so proud of Dave Ware and the dignity and class he showed while pursuing justice. Something you should know about Dave: if he had lost by ONE vote in a fair election, he would have tipped his hat and moved on. That's the kind of guy he is.

Am I surprised? Frankly, yes. Dave Ware went to court to represent the will of the people- not what he wishes had happened. He had the law on his side- but the jurors were afraid of retaliation. That's not surprising. He will keep fighting for people who don't even realize that they could live in a city that could be so much better than this. He will keep fighting for the good of this city. That's the kind of guy he is.
