The PUB must take a close look to make sure these electricity rates are justified

I’m confused that power rates are dropping on the island if we need Muskrat Falls

I’m surprised power rates will rise in Labrador (even though they remain lower than elsewhere)

The changes are not unexpected and won’t have a big impact on my pocketbook
