The Killing of indian soldiers by pakistan is not getting to put pressure on upa govt, because the soliders are not belonging to the ministers family, they are belonging to poor family or middle class family, so the upa government will give a order to army to attack on pakistanis because the upa govt is always favour a muslim votes with them, so they don't want to create a problem for their political party in coming elections.
The ministers will never think about indian army they always have sympathy with the muslims not with the indian army, because you may see in Indian army, Navy and Airforce you will not find any ministers children working in the fields. so they will not take any decision on behalf of army.

Indian Govt is getting used to getting its soldiers killed frequently.They are expendable !
China and Pakistan are both trying to provoke the Indian side but they are miserably failing in their adventures.Actually the Govt is unable to spare any time for the nation as they are busy getting out of The Scams so they can come clean for another election.
