What can teams do to attract household-named sponsors to the series?
It's simple - get the TV ratings up.
They could get more creative on getting the sponsor more involved with sponsor activation, rather than just getting them to write a check.
The demographics are such that business-to-business sponsorships are more attractive to IndyCar than NASCAR. It doesn't matter if the public has never heard of these companies.
