If you were entering into a new business venture with a friend or family member, would you insist on a partnership agreement?

Definitely - I'm not going to stick my head in the sand and pretend that everything will always be good between us.

Definitely not - I think it would be a bad note to start off on.

Undecided - I can see the advantage of having an agreement in place, but can also see the potential problems.
