I believe the poor sales assistant and my heart goes to her. I think Oprah was shocked that she was not recognized in the shop. She's so full of herself and thinks everyone must recognize her. Some of these money bags are so full of megalomania and think everyone must bow at their feet. Her pride was really punctured by this poor salesgirl.
