BC Ferries is a utility. The executives should be compensated for managing service and costs. They do neither well - the pay packages are excessive.

Do we honestly need more ferries to run across the Strait of Georgia more often for British Columbians?
I think not. The Tourists are being served so well or should that be too good of a service . They are getting a deal . It is time to start saving instead of over indulging . I suggest that we should think about more steel bridges instead of steel hulls.
