I CAN'T vote in this poll --- I homeschool my kids!!! :-D So going back to school actually means going to the kitchen table to grab/do their work, or going to their rooms to work on a project, or going to the computer to research or play some games (or work on his website, if it's my second-born!).
I KNOW I would miss them if they went to school.....I start to miss them if they spend a few hours across the street at their friend's house (who is also homeschooled)!! LOL I do cherish my alone time, here and there, but after awhile, it gets boring and I end up making the rounds around the house to see what everyone is up to!
My sisters tease me that I'm going to fall apart when my kids move out and have their own lives, but I'm sure I'll be fine -- I'll just have to find a job working with kids!!! :-D Working at a daycare would be my dream job! (for real!)
