Should adults be allowed to smoke at public playgrounds?

I have to carry an inhaler and spacer in my purse because I finally decided that I wanted to spend some time outside this summer. I get an allergic reaction to cigarette smoke, thus requiring the use of an inhaler. Even when cars pass me on the highway and someone is smoking with the window down or when I am standing inside a fast-food restaurant and someone is smoking in the drive-through lane, I get the allergic reaction requiring the use of an inhaler. I am happy that someone is trying to do something to protect our children, grandchildren, and even those of us with severe allergic reactions. The movement has started with parks, but I hope it will expand to include all outdoors. Thank you!
