RNC Chief Robert Johnston says police should be able to issue tickets for marijuana possession. Thoughts?

Excellent idea; a criminal charge is over the top for smoking a joint

Bad move; marijuana use is serious, and criminal charges should remain the standard

I don't think there should be tickets, either; marijuana should be legal and regulated

I wonder if tickets would mean more incidents; seems like cops now often look the other way
