Yes; after more than a decade, the freeze has made university widely affordable
No; the freeze was useful, but institutions need the cash to pay for operating costs
A review is in order; we're effectively subsidizing students flocking from other provinces
Not sure, but I wager that the value of a good education is not much appreciated
