Leinad, shut your face. Our founding fathers knew nothing of HIV, virus transmission, or preventative medicine. They were concerned with freedom from an oppressive government that collected taxes without ANY services. No matter your belief about the ability of our gov't to perform that simple task, we do receive basic and some very excellent extended services from our gov't. Therefore, a violation of the clause of taxation without representation, which began the original revolution, is not present here. Go make tea with a another cause!

Force of any type is inherently wrong, no matter the good will behind it. Persuasion is the only option when addressing such issues of "safety". To impose the will of one onto another is, in many ways, what is wrong with our society. The only time (physical) force should be applied is when you are in defense of yourself from an attacker. The Non-aggression principle is very simple and can be applied universally. Our country was founded on freedom of choice and freedom of expression, today we are moving away from that and everyone is "politically correct", which is a very dangerous situation. What helped our nation to rise so quickly after the Revolution was our freedoms. Today we are relinquishing our liberty in the name of security. I'm going to paraphrase; When one trades liberty for temporary security, they shall have neither liberty nor security. We need to stop forcing our views onto others through the enforcement arm of government and use persuasion, truth, and honor to espouse our beliefs. There is nothing more dangerous than an armed person with Utopian beliefs.. I will digress here, the terrorist that hate our country and freedoms so much have won. " The terrorist hate our freedoms" GWB. Does it make sense then, that we are allowing our Constitution to be dismantled and giving up those freedoms to have some form of security? We should be embracing those liberties and showing the "terrorist" that they will never take away the very thing that made this country so great, our Liberty.

Hope that got some of you thinking and searching for something more than the superficial lifestyle many lead. If so...

I think at very least condoms should be required under age 21. It's sickening that a teenager still in high school can be sexually exploited to ingest or otherwise permit male bodily fluids into his or her orifices all in the name of a quick thrill for internet viewers. That same teenager cannot even lawfully ingest alcohol; how can s/he be required to ingest potentially deadly bodily fluids? Most of these teenagers did not grow up with graphic images on television daily of people dying from the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s and 1990s.
