I really thought Randy would end up in the final four. I still get excited every time I listen EVH but in this tough round, Jimi owns the neck effortlessly and his playing makes me inspired any time I hear it. This was a difficult one to vote on yet Hendrix takes it.

This was a tough one, as they feed into each other. Eddie feeds on Jimi, but takes Jimi just that much further, creating a sound and style that set the tone for not only for the 80's, but that still inspires, as they both do today.
