This is art and I really don't see what all the fuss is about. Nakedness often expresses vulnerability. The sensuality expressed in the video seems like an obvious wrestling with self for control of a situation out of her control. And this correlates with the lyrics.
I'm a little saddened that 90% of reaction seems to be "OMG I see boob!" It doesn't say much for the general populous.

Miley Cyrus is an artist. And an artist do re-invent one's self. Going out of the box is not bad at all...the message is clear she's showing deep emotions. Others might not like her showing nudity but that's how Miley and the director see it...a literal bolder approached.
