I agree with Linda Riebel...
In the deep water, gravity wouldn't be making the poor thing into quite such a saggy blobby mess. I'd like to see a photo of him/her in his natural habitat.
But really, should we be making fun of this critter? He/she probably can't catch a break, EVER.

he is kinda cute
I think I would've thought it was cute if it didn't have a wad of mucus coming out of the side of its mouth. Mucus will never be anything but gross.
Maybe when it's in its own environment underwater, it looks quite different.
I think it's a test to see if we can love all creatures.
