So unfair and taken much too far. Who will address the NO tolerance of the teacher, when she requested the paper and young man didn't hand it over she took matters into her own hands. That could have been handled differently on so many levels. Some teachers make things into a power struggle.
This young man needs to be in school getting his education.
How can you take a childs education away from him for a year. Sounds like they want to see him fail. They could've removed him from her class at the most!
