It's unacceptable that persistent problems with the vessel were ignored - the accident was entirely avoidable.
It's always a risk that something could go wrong when you travel. Travellers were lucky that there were only minor injuries.
A Band-Aid solution was not enough in this case. I can't believe the public's safety was put at risk like that.
I don't trust the ferry service in this province. There is just problem, after problem, after problem.
