What do you think of the MTA's 20-year, $105.7 billion capital plan?

I think we should spend what the MTA says it needs to expand and improve the public transportation system.

I would be OK with it as long as it doesn't mean steep toll or fare hikes.

I don't think the MTA should spend that much money on the system.

It sounds like a lot of money. I would have to see the MTA's rationale before making a decision.

I am undecided.
