Does Southwest Barbur Boulevard have a lane to spare for buffered bike lanes and better walkways between Terwilliger Boulevard to Hamilton Street?
Yes. It's the only flat route in that part of town -- and it's incredibly unsafe for bicyclists and pedestrians.
No. It's already too congested for auto traffic.
