Did the new health exchanges open their doors too soon?
Yes. They're a bad idea, period.
Yes. They should have waited until the technical problems were resolved.
No. The sooner they get up to speed, the harder it will be to stop Obamacare.
No. This way they can work through the glitches before the Jan. 1 deadline for obtaining coverage.
Yes. Congress is still debating whether to delay or roll back Obamacare.
