If English is terminated and Stan Parish is moved to head coach, then we would not have a defensive coordinator nor would we have an offensive coordinator. Plus we would still have to pay the remainder of English's contract and increase Parish's pay rate. We need to live up to our part of the contract as a way of enticing a new head coach to come here. Letting English go now would be a very stupid decision. There's no reason why the athletic director couldn't begin a preliminary search for a new head coach now.
