I think if everyone sends to everyone equally then the postage should work itself out between the two people if they send the same amount of material. If a person cannot handle the postage the only other suggestion I would have is for them to remove themselves from the swap. If you can get 100 postage stamp size pieces in a regular envelope so I don't understand it costing you $6.00 when I have been getting packages of 200 to 300 in on envelope that the people have not spent more then $3.00 in postage so something doesn't sound right with the price you were charged. Just saying..
