It's not really happening. It's just hype.
It's part of a post-Hurricane Katrina surge in business enthusiasm that won't last.
It's the beginning of what inevitably will be a greatly more successful and prosperous New Orleans.
It's real progress but will require much more work to reach a transformational level for the city.
