David Folker continues to be out on bail, despite his lawyer's admitting on behalf of their client that Ann Marie Shirran died after they fought. Thoughts?

Regardless of how she died, he still hid her body and lied. Lock him up.

I just don't understand the justice system, how could any accused murderers get bail?

There must be a good reason for him to be free if the Crown isn't requesting that he be put into custody.

Remember, he still has not been proven guilty.
